Payments submitted using this web service may take up to three business days (excluding holidays) to post to your Russell County Water Authority (RCWA) account. Balances not paid on or before the due date will be subject to a 15% penalty. If you are attempting to avoid service interruption because of a past due balance, you should not use this service. Instead, come to RCWA office to arrange for prompt payment of your account balance.
